May 24th, 2026 - Final Registration Deadline , but PLEASE NOTE-- registration CLOSES AS SOON AS THE RESPECTIVE DIVISION FILLS UP, which very likely will be sooner.  DO NOT wait to register based upon this date- register immediately; spots cannot be guaranteed, as we have limited court time, and therefore space is limited per division. 

June 8th, 2026 - Team Assignments likely to be Made and Announced Via Email, Website, and/or Facebook

June 15th, 2026- Start of Season

Upper Southampton Basketball is a volunteer-run program that operates with very little margin as we want our programs to be financially accessible to the community.  There are many factors that impact our ability to issue refunds including overhead cost of organizing, operating, and maintaining leagues & camps, ordering uniforms, and hiring/paying referees, as well as the limited number of spots available for each program/team.

For all Skills, Drills, Camp Programs

No refunds will be issued after registration is paid due to the limited number of participant slots that are available for said programs.   If a refund request is in writing, and sent to southamptonbasketball@gmail.com, ten days prior to the start date of the program, then a partial refund, less any administrative, processing, handling fees, is within the discretion of the Board of Directors.

For Summer League & In-House League

No refunds will be issued after registration is paid due to the limited number of participant slots, the assembly of balanced teams, and the timing constraints to organize team assignments.

For Travel Leagues

No refunds will be issued after registration is paid due to the limited number of participant slots, and the timing constraints to organize team assignments.

Cost: $100.00  (pay online at time of registration)

-Outdoor games will likely be played on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday nights 

@ Southampton Community Center, 913 Willow Street

-Games are typically played on the outdoor Court(s) or Indoor Courts, depending on availability.

-Rain may cancel games or cause them to be rescheduled.  Cancellations may occur last minute, as summer rain storms are unpredictable, courts dry outside fairly quickly, and we do our best to get all games in, even if delayed, as to minimize the impact on the season, allow the kids to play; Additionally, there are financial commitments to refs who sometimes travel a far distance; we do our best to cancel appropriately but will try to play as much as we can safely play.

-Double Headers may be played

-Co-ed Leagues:  4/5 grade, 6/7 grade, 8/9 grade ----Division breakdown is SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on Registration numbers

to be clear-- there is NO guarantee that there will be a boys only division or a girls only division.  This league has historically been a coed summer league program that is a fun outlet for the kids. If registration numbers allow for a particular division to be split with both a girls only and boys only division, we may create that...but, for example, if there is only enough for a boys only division, and that would result in the girls not being able to play, we will not do that, it will be a coed division.  There will be NO REFUNDS based on changes to the status of girls or boys only vs. coed.  When you register, you are agreeing to play in a coed division or, if registration #s permit, a boys only or girls only division.  

-Certified Refs for older league / Junior Refs for younger league

-Individual Registrations- we are NOT accepting "Team Registrations".  This league is not meant to be a travel summer league.  This is not the place to take your whole travel team for summer training via our summer league.  We highly encourage travel players to register, and we do our best to spread out evenly the travel players to create balanced teams.
